The kick-off meeting for the beneficiaries of the European Policy Experimentations projects selected under the Erasmus+ Call for proposals EACEA 28/2017 was organized on the 14th of March 2019 at the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency, in Brussels.

The kick-off meeting was held at the University of Milano - Bicocca (Italy) on the 29-30 April 2019.
The 2nd Partners' meeting was held at the University of Milano - Bicocca (Italy) on the 25-26 June 2019. On the 27-28 June 2019, PROMEHS Partners were trained by prof. Alexandra Marques Pinto (University of Lisbon, Portugal).

The 3rd Partners' meeting was held at the University of Malta on the 23rd and 24th of september 2019.

The 4th Partners' meeting was held at the University of Rijeka (Croatia) on the 13th and 14th of January 2020.
​
The 5th Partners' meeting was held online at the University of Latvia on the 22nd of April 2020.
​
The 6th Partners' meeting was held at the University of Lisbon (Portugal) on the 29th and 30th of October 2021.

The 7th Partners' meeting was held at the University of Milano-Bicocca (Italy) on the 7th and 8th of March 2022.
